Hi, I'm Zoe and I am the face behind Tech Girl, a locally owned technology support service, dedicated to offering in-home, personalised assistance across the suburban areas of Greater Brisbane. I focus on meeting the unique needs of the mature community, providing reliable solutions to technological challenges while encouraging independent problem-solving for the future. Tech Girl was created in response to the frequent requests for technical support I received from my grandparents, aunties, uncles, parents, and in-laws. From being the go-to tech guru for my family, I am now here to help and empower you and your family in today's digital world!

Q: What services does Tech Girl offer?

A: Tech Girl offers in-home, personalised assistance with most technological devices, including TVs, smartphones, computers, and iPads. Additionally, I provide custom one-on-one or group training on your devices. No job is too small. Q: How much do your services cost?

A: Prices vary depending on the type of service you require, but I generally charge by the hour, starting at $50.00/hr.

 

 

Q: Do you charge a travel fee?

A: If you are located in the Greater Brisbane area, a travel fee of $15.00 is added to the first hour. If you live on the Bay Islands, Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast and need assistance, additional travel costs may apply. Q: When and where are you available? Can I access your services after hours?

A: Tech Girl is available Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 2:00pm. After-hours appointments may also be available upon request. If you need assistance after hours, please call or message me at 0422712473 to discuss how I may be able to help.

 

 

Q: Will I have to pay if my problem is not resolved?

A: It is very rare that I cannot resolve your issue, unless due to faulty equipment. In such unique circumstances and provided you are within the Greater Brisbane area, you will only pay a $15.00 call-out fee. No additional charges will apply. If you are outside the Greater Brisbane area, additional travel charges may apply.

 

 

Q: Can you teach me how to solve the issue myself?

A: Absolutely! I encourage all my clients to watch and learn more about how their device works to empower them for the future. I also offer easy-to-follow, step-by-step visual aids on how to resolve your issue or get the most out of your device, which you can keep and refer to whenever needed. If that interests you, let me know before or during my visit.
